(palmatum) The Japanese name of this maple signifies Floating Cloud. A bushy tree, its light-green foliage spotted with pink and white certainly appears cloud-like. These colourings vary according to the exposure of the planting.

Maintenance
Japanese Maples are resistant to most parasites if well-planted. As a rule, they do not enjoy pruning, which should therefore be performed minimally.
